Tamil Padam Review: Tamil Padam Movie Review Download. Tamil Padam, parody mockumentary comedy film. This movie took a comical dig at some of the clichés that a typical Tamil cinema hero would follow.
some of them: ‘Thou shall worship the Mother over all Gods. Thou shall not let thy sister’s feet touch the ground. Thou shall fall in love and marry a rich girl irrespective of how poor you are. Thou shall sing and dance with her in exotic foreign locations. Thou shall fight against corrupt politicians and gangsters even if they are your girlfriend’s daddy.’

This movie, a ‘Why Not’ Production, is distributed by Dhayanidhi Alagiri’s Cloud Nine movies. C.S. Amudhan debuts as a director and the film stars RJ Siva, Disha Pandey, M.S.Bhaskar, Manobala and others. Kannan has scored the music for this movie which is supposed to be a huge spoof on Tamil movies. Of course, with Kalaignar himself around, it cannot be a harsh or satirical film. If the music is any indication, we have a laugh riot on our hands. Let us plunge into the album.

Oh, ho, ho, Mukesh deserves a huge pat on the back for carrying off this number which parodies the Tamil film industry heroes in a big, but lighthearted way! ‘pacha, manja, rose, karuppu’, no colour is spared. The chorus at the start, the rap bit, and the tape sounds all add dollops of fun. There is a political tint too in the verses.
