The Story : Moscowin Kaveri story is about two lovers who are as different as Tamil Nadu’s Kaveri and Moscow’s Moscow River. The Moscow River is cool and placid, whereas Kaveri River is warm and has strong currents.
Moscowin Kaveri Movie Review : After a career spanning 11 years as a cinematographer, Ravi Varman is becoming a director with his first movie Moscowin Kaveri. After wielding the camera in Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi, Ravi Varman got a break in Tamil in Cheran’s Autograph. Then he worked with popular directors like Shankar in Anniyan, Gautham's Vettaiyadu Vilaiyaadu and K.S. Ravikumar's Dasavatharam. He will manage the lens and call the shots as well in Moscowin Kaveri.Produced by Ramesh Babu, this movie was launched way back in 2007. It had its share of difficulties and is finally ready to weave magic on movie buffs. This film will be distributed by Aascar films. Ravi Varman maintains that though Moscowin Kaveri was started three years back, the story is so fresh that it will surely appeal to today's generation. One look at the trailer and we can see Ravi Varman's work at his best. Every frame and even the characters look refreshing.
